RANDOM THOUGHTS WHILE I WAS STUDYING

scenario
person A called person B but person B did not answer the call. person B knows that there's a missed call but did not call back. what does this show?

1. person B probably thinks that person A is not important to return the call
2. person B probably thinks that if it is an important matter, person A will call back again
3. person B is probably busy that theres no way the phone could be answered
4. person B doesnt have the habit to return call
5. person B finds returning call will contribute to expensive phone bill

isnt it RUDE when ppl don't return your call?!! sometimes when i call people and people don't return my call, i feel damn annoyed! chicken nugget.
